Tunji Adeboyejo is a leadership coach, author, and speaker committed to raising a new generation of transformational leaders. With a strong passion for personal development, leadership excellence, and financial empowerment, he has dedicated his life to equipping young leaders with the mindset and skills necessary to succeed in today's world.

He is the founder of Young Leaders Academy (YLA), a dynamic leadership institute designed to train and mentor young people in leadership, financial management, family life, success habits, and entrepreneurship. Through YLA, he is building a thriving community of young, visionary leaders, with a mission to empower at least 10,000 emerging leaders worldwide.

Tunji is also a prolific writer with several books to his name, including Becoming a Better Leader, Ten Times Better, The Leadership Catalyst - Personal Growth Money Matters, Leaders Wanted, and This Thing Called Love. His writing focuses on overcoming limiting beliefs, financial wisdom, leadership growth, and personal success. Additionally, he shares insights on success, motivation, leadership, and finance through daily writings on his Facebook page.

Beyond writing and coaching, Tunji is an advocate for strong and successful relationships. He runs a weekly virtual relationship and marriage teaching, impacting over 680 participants every Monday. His teachings provide practical wisdom for building thriving relationships and marriages.

A dedicated scholar, Tunji holds a Master's in Human Resources Management at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. His academic and professional background has equipped him with a deep understanding of leadership dynamics, people management, and organizational growth.

He is also a leadership podcaster, a podcast dedicated to young leaders and entrepreneurs, where he will share practical leadership strategies, personal development insights, and real-world success principles.

Tunji's influence extends beyond training and speaking—he is actively involved in mentoring and coaching young leaders through YLA's Cluster Campaign Groups, an initiative designed to foster leadership excellence and community impact.

His passion for leadership has also led him to launch a quarterly leadership masterclass, themed "MAXIMIZE YOUR LEADERSHIP", to equip young leaders with the tools they need to lead effectively in a rapidly changing world.
